Re: Jeannie M. Niles
To Whom It May Concern:
I have been a client of Jeannie Niles since about 1996. During this time period I have done more than 40 real estate transactions with her, either buying or selling. I have come to trust her judgment and the tremendous amount of thought and research she puts into her job as real estate broker.
Jeannie is one of the most ethical persons I know, and will often sacrifice potential gain for herself to make certain I, or any of her other clients, get the best possible benefit from whatever deal we may be involved in. She is a stickler for detail, and is usually far more knowledgeable in a transaction than is the broker or sales person on the other side.
Her business practices are such that she is often consulted by escrow people, appraisers, and even sales persons from other agencies, and she willingly gives of herself to help. I know that I can call her at any time and get advice, answers to questions, or discussion on investment strategies or market conditions.
Over time we have become good friends as well as business associates, and I would certainly recommend her to anyone seeking a well qualified and ethical real estate broker.
Sincerely,
Joe W. Stemmer
