This is the first time a down real estate market has numerous bloggers stating their opinions. I have met people that really do think….no joke….that everything they read on the internet is true!
I try to read as many blogs as time will permit. A lot of the blogs and chat rooms have individuals that do not have a real estate background and very little business expertise that are expressing opinions.
