I have noticed numerous listings in the local MLS that have been on the market over 365 days!!! These properties are obviously overpriced and encountering buyer rejection.

If your property is on the market and you do not receive an offer in 90 days, something is wrong. It’s either price, appearance, or terms. Evaluate your situation. Each day your property sits vacant, you are losing money that you will never recover.
