The Palm Springs city council has retained Santa Ana-based Nexus Development Corp as the city’s master planner/developer, according to the Desert Sun.
This is the same company that wants to bring the Hard Rock Hotel to Palm Springs. There are 515 acres in the downtown area and the city hopes to renovate the Village.
