Indian Wells is often referred to as “the Beverly Hills of the Desert”. This city enjoys many awesome country clubs and is home to the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, beautiful hotels and fabulous restaurants.
There are very few rental units in this city.

Multi-family properties have been the hardest hit segment in the desert area for number of sales during the current real estate downturn.
